1. Official Brand Warranty Protection
Every major home appliance purchased from Electronics Mart includes an intact, official brand warranty card stamped by our registered retail dealership. Warranty claims can be submitted directly through the brand's nationwide service centers or facilitated through our customer care desk.
2. Unboxing & Transit Inspection
For all deliveries within Lahore, our delivery team unboxes and inspects the physical condition of the appliance in front of you. In the rare event of transit damage or manufacturing flaw discovered at unboxing, replacement is dispatched immediately with zero extra charge.
3. Returns & Replacements
